Visions of Sugar Plums

I just updated my etsy site with a few new listings, and new items across the top. The theme for the time being is "Sugar Plum". Lovin' the purples!!!

"Olivia Bows" in satin and sheer.

Darling little Lily modeling a "Darling" bow - fitting, isn't it? =)

"Pretty Petals" Holiday edition - a lovely, velvety flower.

Oooh, I LOVE this flower! And so far, it's one-of-a-kind, as I haven't been able to lay my hands on any more!! Pray with me that they come back in stock, because I want more than one person to be able to enjoy it's beauty. =) Shown clipped on a hard headband - something new I'm developing!

Another cutie modeling for me - this time a sweet little purple poinsettia.

Satin OOAK (one-of-a-kind).

Plum petals on a skinny elastic headband.

It's a SALE!!

I've been putting off adding any posts on top of the adorable picures of little girls in tutus. Sigh, bloggy life must go on. =)

I'm trying to make some space, so I will be listing quite a few things on etsy at a discount. Only what's listed is on sale, so when it's gone, it's gone. Right now there's a bunch of Elena bows up.
Boy, I'm feeling really boring tonigh, so I think I'll quit typing...

What was I thinking?!?

Whew! Three craft fairs in a row! Thankfuly they get a little easier each time. Good thing - since I signed up to do another one this weekend! Make that four weekends in a row! =O Yes, I must be insane!
I kept hearing how good this one is, and then the lady who runs it stopped by my booth and invited me to come. That's really an honor, because that means she liked what she saw. She's being selective about who she allows to come, which is another good thing. And all the vendors who I've talked to about it just go "Oohh, yeah! It's a good one!" So, how could I resist?

This should be an interesting experience, mostly because I'm taking Kenneth along with me. I think we're going to have a lot of fun together!

So, come on out to Osolo Elementary School in Elkhart this Saturday (November 21) from 8-2! As always, there will be a give-away and craft fair specials!

Another Great Model!

Meet Ane - the inspiration for the "Ane Bow" and a very sweet, pretty girl. She and my son Kenneth have been "sweet friends" from the moment they met (when they were just over two years old), and it was so much fun to be able to take some "modelling" pictures of her.
I am thrilled to be able to show you some of the styles that look great on an older girl. Here she is modelling the "Large Basic Bow."

Large "Gracie Bow" looks darling sweeping up the side.

Elena bow makes a great presentation on a pigtail.

And probably one of the most fun bows I have - the "Spikey Bow" - doesn't it look so cute??

What Diana Wore Today

I'm waaaay behind in the series "What Diana Wore Today". And with the change of seasons (finally!!) there's so much to show! This is one little girl who has too many clothes! I thought I was being more reasonable this year, but one outfit here and one outfit there, adds up fast!

Here she is with her brothers, wearing the double cosmo bow.

Love those mini korkers! When I need a super-cute everyday bow, this is the one I usually go for - I love them on pigtails!

Diana needs dresses with full skirts to allow for her bent knees, and this one is definitely full enough! It makes a complete circle when she sits, which seems to tickle her fancy. Nothing like girls and frills! She's wearing an Elena Boutique Bow to accompany it.

The Elena Bow

Here's a fun bow! I love the shape of this one! (I know, I know, I say every new one that comes out is my favorite!) =) This is my "Elena" bow. It's related to the "Gracie" bow, in that it has the same folding technique. Which works out well, because the two little namesakes are sisters! This bow is made with 1 1/2 inch ribbon for a larger bow, or 7/8 ribbon for a smaller bow:I've been having a lot of fun with this bow! It even has a lovely boutique version:

BIG SALE!

Help! I need more space! In order to create some room in my tiny little corner, I'm putting some bows on sale on the website! These sale prices are available to anyone, wether you buy from the sight or directly through me.

On other news, Ava came over to play the other day, and I took the opportunity to have her model for me. She's a pretty lively little thing, so it was a challenge! But I think we got some good ones:
